What should I do if some parts of the light are delivered broken or missing?

Please contact us and we will organize delivery of the spare parts or exchange the entire light fitting.

How much is the delivery and what is the lead time?

Do you have Express delivery?

I did not receive my order. What should I do?

If your order has not been dispatched yet, you can contact us by phone or Email for making the necessary changes.

Which shipping companies do you work with?

We ship by DHL and DPD.
