FAQ - Ordering process
How can I place an order?
After you have found the light fitting(s) you would like to purchase, go to the product page, choose the desired quantity and click Add to cart button. You can either carry on shopping or proceed to the checkout. You can proceed to the cart from the pop-up window or by clicking the cart sign in the top right corner of the page. Choose your country and the shipping method (Standard or Express delivery) as well as payment method. If you have a discount code, please insert it in the respective field here. At the next step you should fill in all the contact details and check the Terms and Conditions agreement. Click Place order.
How can I receive the update on the status of my order?
After placing an order, you will receive the confirmation Email with the reference number of your order and the invoice. As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive an automatic confirmation Email with the tracking number of the shipment. You can track the parcel on the Carrier’s website. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us by either phone or Email.
I placed an order, but changed my mind on some items. How can I alter my order?
If your order has not been dispatched yet, you can contact us by phone or Email for making the necessary changes.
If I buy several products, will I get a discount for this order?
The discount depends on the total of your order. You may be provided with a discount code. Please contact us for additional information.
I tried placing an order, but something went wrong at the payment stage. Now the light fitting is out of stock. Can I still buy it?
When you are being redirected to the payment page, the item is automatically reserved for you. So if you tried placing an order multiple times (or the item was the last one in stock), it might happen that it will not be available for order. Please contact us by phone or Email to check if you can buy the item.
I cannot add the product to the cart. What should I do?
Please refresh the web page and try using another device or browser. If it still does not help, please contact us by phone or Email and we will look into the issue.
Can I order by phone?
You can purchase the product by phone only if you pay for your order by invoice. You will have to provide the customer support manager with all the information and they will send you the invoice to your Email address. The invoice can be paid in your bank or the mobile app of the bank.
Do you sell bulbs?
We are the manufacturer and seller of light fittings. Light bulbs are not our specialisation profile, but you can buy them in any supermarket and convenience or hardware store.
Do you sell spare parts?
Please contact us to specify whether the necessary parts are available (e.g. lamp shades, arms, etc.)
I have already placed an order, but want to add some products. What should I do?
If your order has not been dispatched yet, you can place a new order and specify the reference number of your first order in the Notes for the order section, and we will send them in one shipment.
What is the warranty period for your products?
All our products have a two-year warranty period.
