FAQ - Returns and refunds

If the product is not suitable for me, how can I return it?

What is the shipping charge for returning the product?

We have a free return policy, which means that returning the product is free of charge for you. When the items reach our warehouse, your order will be refunded. The delivery charge is non-refundable.

When will I receive the refund?

As soon as we receive the item back at our warehouse, you will be refunded. We will return the money using the payment method you used while placing an order. Please note that if you paid for your order by invoice, it might take more time to process the refund depending on the bank regulations.

If the item is faulty, can I exchange it for a new one?

Yes, you can. We will organize collection of the faulty item and send you a new one. It will be free of charge for you.

Can I cancel my order?

If you decided to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will process your enquiry depending the status of your order.

If some parts of the light are delivered broken or missing, what should I do?

Please contact us and we will organize delivery of the spare parts or exchange the entire light fitting.
